What is ADHD Daily? (Updated)

So I have been thinking, and thinking about what I should be writing about on a regular basis, and I've decided that I'm going to start sharing more about my experience with having ADHD. Living with it on a daily basis. I'm still going to be writing about my experiance as a writer. However, I am going to also be writing about Bullet Journals, an Addictions and ADHD, and Trauma and ADHD, and Abuse and ADHD, among other things related to ADHD.

 I've been thinking about this for the past month and I feel this is the best way for me to use this blog as a way to help others who have ADHD, or families with people that have ADHD.

This isn't an original idea. I've been watching How To ADHD on YouTube for almost a year now. They just celebrated their two year anniversary. Which is pretty awesome!

Now I need to be a bit more honest here. I'm not going to be posting every day. At most It will be 3 to 5 times a week. I still have to work on my books and work my day job as a Home Care Aide. So I will have limited time. However, if you would like to help me not have to work a full time day job, go become a Patron over on my Patreon Page and help me spread the word by sharing this post, and the other posts I have on this blog.

I would like to also do a YouTube channel, and A Podcast. But right now, I just don't have time for it. So that, will be something I will be doing in the future.

Speaking of things I'll be doing in the future. I should be getting my Bullet Journal early next week. Amazon has been taking forever to get it sent, so I should finally get it Tuesday next week and I can start setting it up and using it once I get it. I'll be writing about my experience with it, and how I use it and how I feel it will be helpful to me.
